An extremely hardwearing finish which offers exceptional protection against corrosion. Having surpassed 1,000+ hours salt testing, it's an excellent choice for use in salt rich, or heavily polluted environments. Despite the natural durability of this finish, we would still recommend washing your product using a soft, clean cloth and mild soapy water from time-to-time to reduce unnecessary pollutants building up on the products surface. Please ensure all products are dried immediately with a clean, soft cloth after any cleaning. Over time, stainless steel can appear to tarnish. This is due to surface particulate deposits rather than the stainless steel itself. Specialist stainless steel cleaning products such as our 'Stainless Steel Cleaner Kit' (33030) are available to remove tarnishing and nylon abrasive pads can aid in their use, being careful to use them in the direction of the grain. Carbon steel wool is reactive and should never be used on stainless steel. To increase the mechanical life expectancy of your products, we recommend regular oiling of all moving parts using our ‘3-in-1 Oil’ (92337).
